摘要
试验发现在SBR -15 0 2的聚合体系中 ,引发剂过氧化氢蒎烷 (PHP)的摩尔分数仅为过氧化氢二异丙苯(DIP)摩尔分数的 60 .2 %~ 63 .0 %时 ,二者所获得的反应速率及产物性能基本一致。与DIP相比 ,PHP需要量较少是因为其具有的化学活性及在体系中适宜的分布场所。由此推测
When the mol fraction of pinane hydroperoxide(PHP) is merely equal to 60.2%~63.0% of the mormal dosage of di isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide(DIP),it was found in the test that the rate of polymerization and product properties of the polymering system of SBR-1502 with PHP correspond to that of the polymering system of SBR-1502 with DIP.By comparison with DIP,the reasons that the dosage of PHP is less are its structure and composition,thereout,it was presumed that the dosage of terminators may be reduced in the polymeric system of SBR-1502 with PHP.
