摘要
采用超声辐照的方法 ,在聚氨酯反应原液体系中对微米级碳酸钙粉体进行了分散 ,然后反应成型得到增强聚氨酯泡沫塑料。用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜对其结构进行了研究。力学性能测试结果表明 ,在微米碳酸钙含量适当时 ,可以提高硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的压缩强度和模量 ,而不会显著降低材料的冲击强度。
Reinforced polyurethane foam with micron CaCO 3 particles which were dispersed directly in reactants (PAPI or polyol) by ultrasonic radiation was prepared. Laser confocus scanning microscope was employed to observe structures of CaCO 3 filled polyurethane foam. Results of mechanical test show that micron CaCO 3 particles in proper content can effectively enhance the compress strength and modulus of rigid polyurethane foam while do not distinctly reduce its impact strength.
