摘要
采用二阶共混法制备了能在沥青中微细分散的LDPE改性沥青。二阶共混物的动态粘弹分析表明 :沥青中的部分组分可渗入LDPE颗粒内部 ,干扰了其部分结晶。LDPE改性沥青的显微结构显示沥青与LDPE有一定的结合。通过对改性沥青结构与性能测试表明 :LDPE提高了基质沥青的高温性能 。
Low density polyethylene(LDPE) modified asphalt dispersed finely in asphalt is prepared by two step blending process.Dynamic viscoelastic analysis of the blends show that part of crystallization of LDPE is disturbed by penetration of part components of asphalt into interior of LDPE particles. Microstructure of LDPE modified asphalt exhibits some combination of LDPE and asphalt.Structure and property tests show that LDPE improved the high temperature resistant performance of matrix asphalt, decreased the temperature induction obviously.
