ABS色母粒用分散剂的研究

Study on Dispersants for ABS Color Masterbatch

初步探索了国内外生产的ABS色母粒用分散剂的机理和应用性能。结果表明 ,分散剂的种类对色母粒的流变性能和颜料的分散效果有一定影响 ,这与分散剂的化学结构有关。分散剂的用量也影响到色母粒的流变性能和颜料的分散效果 ,在一定范围内 ,分散剂用量增加 。

Working mechanism and applied behavior of domestic and foreign dispersants for ABS color masterbatch is explored preliminarily. Results show that kinds and contents of dispersants have some influences on rheological behavior of color masterbatch and dispersion effect of pigments.It is involved with chemical structure of dispersants.In a certain range,application effect of color masterbatch gets better with the increase of dispersants.
