聚丙烯抗静电纤维的研究Ⅰ.不同共混体系抗静电性能

摘要 分别对 3种不同的抗静电体系 PP/PET-PEG,PP/PEG/Cu I和 PP/PET-PEG/PEG/Cu I的抗静电性能进行了研究。结果表明 :三类共混体系均有一定的抗静电性能 ,其中以 PP/PET-PEG/PEG/Cu I共混体系的抗静电性能最好。当抗静电剂添加为总量的 6%时 ,其体积电阻率可达 6.8× 10 9Ω· cm,抗静电性能对环境相对湿度的敏感性低于 PP/PET-PEG体系 ,且纤维的力学性能较 PP/PEG/Cu I体系有所改进。共混体系为海相 -微纤复合结构。 The antistatic behavior of various antistatic blending system, including PET\|PEG copolymer, PEG/CuI binary and PET\|PEG/PEG/CuI trinary system, was studied respectively. The results showed that these systems exhibit the antistatic behavior in some degree and PET\|PEG/PEG/CuI system shows the best. When the antistatic agent amounts to 6%, the bulk specific resistance of PET\|PEG/PEG/CuI system is 6.8×10 9 Ω·cm, the antistatic sensibility to relative humidity is lower than that of PP/PET\|PEG system, and the mechanical properties are improved compared with PP/PEG/CuI system. A matrix\|fibril structure was observed in the PP blending system.
