摘要
采用吸附仪、元素分析仪、X-射线光电子能谱仪对所制备的磷酸活化粘胶基活性炭纤维( V ACF-P)的孔结构及化学结构进行表征 ,结果表明 :V ACF -P的孔结构是以微孔为主 ,大多数孔的孔径小于 2 nm ,碳化活化温度和活化剂磷酸的浓度变化时 ,孔径分布有所改变 ,产品的含碳量较低 ,约68%~ 84% ,纤维含大量表面含氧基团 ,且碳化活化温度越低的纤维含氧基团越多 ,磷原子主要以多聚磷氧化合物的形式存在。
The micro\|pores and chemical structures of viscose\|based activated carbon fiber activated with phosphoric acid(VACF\|P) were studied with adsorption meter, elemental analyzer, XPS and so on. The experimental results indicate that most of pores on VACF\|P are micro\|pores and their diameters are below 2 nm. The pore diameter distribution of VACF\|P changes with the changes of carbonization\|activation temperature or activator (phosphoric acid) concentration. The carbon content of VACF\|P is a little lower (68%~84%) than normal ACF. There are many oxygen\|containing groups on VACF\|P. Moreover, the lower the carbonization\|activation temperature is, the more oxygen\|containing groups are obtained. The phosphoric element on VACF\|P mainly takes the form of condensation phosphor\|oxygen compound.
