摘要
采用胶化时间与DTA分析 ,研究了TDE— 85 /DDM体系的固化工艺 ,根据Kissinger方程和Oza wa方程 ,得到体系的活化能与反应级数 ,并对浇铸体的力学性能及断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明 ,TDE—85 /DDM体系的固化工艺为 80℃ / 3h + 12 0℃ / 4h + 180℃ / 4h ,活化能为 4 2 74kJ/mol,反应级数为0 95 0 6,机械性能较高 ,是一种强而韧的基体。
The curing system of TDE-85/DDM was studied by gel time and DTA.ΔE and n were studied by Kissinger and Ozawa method.The mechnical properties and fracture mophology of resin casting were studied.The test showed the curing system was 80℃/3h+120℃/4h+180℃/4h.ΔE was 42.74 kJ/mol,n was 0.9506.and TDE-85/DDM was a high strength and tough matrix.
