摘要
通过分析原开车方案 ,依据液态氮气化强吸热制冷的特性 ,提出了向装置反吹气化氮、反充液氮来改进原开车方案 ,以求缩短空分装置启动时间。从安全角度分析论证了反充液氮引起的空分主要设备应力的变化情况 ,认为依靠现有设备改进空分开车方案在技术上、安全上是可行的。实施改进开车方案具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
By analyzing the initial startup scheme, puts forward an improved startup scheme of counter blasting gasified nitrogen and counter charging liquified nitrogen based on the strong endothermic characteristics of the liquified nitrogen when being gasified,in order to shorten the startup time of the air separator.From the viewpoint of safety,analyzes the stress changes of the main equipment of the air separator caused by counter charging of liquified nitrogen.It is proved that it is feasible in both technique and safety to improve air separator startup scheme to depend on existing equipment, and that the execution of the scheme can achieve obvious social and economical benefits.
