摘要
采取超临界 CO2萃取-精馏技术,考察了鱼油脂肪酸乙酯在超临界 CO2流体中的溶解情况,探讨了 DHA的分离提纯工艺。实验表明:采取逐步升压法,结合温度梯度法,能使鱼油脂肪酸乙酯按碳链长度依次分离。在最佳实验条件下, DHA提纯至 80%以上。
Experiment on supercritical carbon dioxide extraction- fractionation of fish oil fatty acid ethyl esters (FAEE) was carried out. Solubility of fish oil fatty acid ethyl esters in SC- CO2 was measured, and technical conditions of purity of DHA were researched. The results showed FAEE could be separated by chain length with the method of combination of increasing pressure step by step and keep a temperature gradient. Under optimum conditions, DHA can be concentrated above 80% .
