摘要
在对阿苯达唑的合成路线简介的基础上 ,对由 2 硝基 4 丙硫基苯胺制 4 丙硫基邻苯二胺过程中硝基转化为氨基的方法作了简要评述。针对现有工艺的缺点 ,提出了芳香硝基物选择还原的环境友好生产工艺新思路。
A brief introduction was made on the synthesis of albendazole. The ways of transforming nitroarenes to corresponding amine compounds were discussed. Aimed at the pollution problem presently, a new idea of environmental friendly process for the selective reduction of nitroarenes was proposed.
