摘要
对盐酸苯乙双胍在玻碳电极上的伏安行为进行了研究,发现在0.3mol/L NaOH 底液中盐酸苯乙双胍于—0.40V 处产生良好的阴极扫描还原峰,浓度在1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5)mol/L 范围内与峰电流呈线性关系。该方法具有很强的抗干扰能力,操作简便、快速。用于片剂中盐酸苯乙双胍的测定,结果满意。实验表明电极反应属于主要受扩散控制的不可逆还原过程。
The voltammertric behavior of phenformin hydrochloride and its application were studied.In 0.3 mol/L NaOH solution,the potential of cathodic peak for phenformin hydrochloride is —0.4V at a glassy carbon electrode.A linear relationship between the concentration and the peak electric current of phenformin hydrochloride in the range of 1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-5)mol/L was obtained.This method has high selectivity and has been applied to the direct determination of phenformin hydrochloride in tablets,the satisfactory results are obtained.Furthermore,the peak current is main diffusion controlled in the elec- trode process,as shown in the experiments.
