摘要 利用 1 10—邻菲 口罗 啉为活化剂 ,硒 (IV)催化高碘酸钾氧化酸性铬蓝K褪色的指示反应 ,方法具有一定的选择性 ,表现摩尔吸光系数可达 3 6 5× 10 6Lmol-1cm-1。测量的线性范围为 0~ 10 0ng/ 2 5mL ,本法可直接用于头发、茶叶、火腿、牛肉等样品中痕量硒的测定 。 The catalytic effect of Se(IV) on the decolorizing reaction resulted from the oxidation of acid chrome blue K with potassium periodate was found.The optium conditions in fluencing the rate of the reaction were obtained.A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace selenium was thus developed.The linear range of 0~100 ng/25mL was obtained for Se (IV) The method was been used to deter mine trace selenium in samples with satisfactory results.The relative standard deviation was 0 95%~8 92%
