对引进日本三井油化公司的 1GT(上海石化 )和 3GT(天津石化 )PTA的主要工艺过程进行比较分析 ,探讨该工艺技术的发展。重点在于降低原辅材料消耗 ,能源消耗和提高自动化控制水平。随着工艺技术的进步 ,综合能耗下降了 3 7 4%

The main technological process of PTA unit 1GT and 3GT imported from Mitsui Petrochemical Co.of Japan were compared and analysized and the development of process technology were studied.It was pointed out that the focal point was to reduce the consumption of raw material,adjuvant material and energy,improving the automotion control level.With the progress of process technology,the comprehensive energy consumption dropped about 37.4 %.
