论述了侧吹风空调中风温、风湿、风压、风速、洁净度等工艺参数的设定及其对涤纶长丝生产的影响。介绍了LTG侧吹风空调及其控制方式 。
The setting of process parameters such as air temperature, air humidity, air pressure, air velocity and air cleanliness etc of cross flow quench air conditioning system and its enfluence on the production of polyester filament yarn were discussed. LTG cross flow quench air conditioning and its control method were introduced. Some modifying opinions on the existing problems were put forward.
