人工计算的平稳率存在着滞后、不精确以及不全面等问题 ,不能正确地用于管理和指导操作 ,而在DCS上实现的自动化平稳率报表则解决了上述缺陷 。

As the manual calculate stable rate exist the factors such as hysteresis,inaccuracy and incomprehension,it can't be used to direct the management and operation correctly .The automatic stable rate report realized by the DSC can resolve the above problems,so that the production managment can be well intergrated with the DCS.
