喷雾蒸发浓缩稀硫酸的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Concentration of Dilute Sulfuric Acid by Spray Evaporator

本文对利用喷雾蒸发浓缩稀硫酸的实验进行了总结。通过对试验结果的分析和讨论 ,找出了热空气进口流量、热空气进口温度和稀硫酸进口流量等操作条件对硫酸浓缩液浓度的影响规律。由试验结果的拟合 ,得到了一个与试验数据比较符合的经验公式。

The dilute sulfuric acid is concentrated by spray evaporation.A series of experiments are carried out and the results are analyzed.The effects of inlet air flow rate,air temperature and liquid flow rate on the concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid are studied.A reasonable empirical equation is also obtained by regressing the experimental data.
