摘要
本文报导用高频溅射的方法在聚四氟乙烯薄膜上淀积的铂膜,用电解法再制成铂黑膜。以硫酸为电解液,以铂黑膜和铂片为电极组成伽伐尼电池式气敏元件,对H_2和CO具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性。
This paper reports Pt-film illuviated on polytetrafluoroethylene film by high-frequency spattering method. Then it was made into PtO film by electrly. Galvani cell gas sensor was made of electrolyte such as H2SO4 and electrodes such as Pt film and PtO film. It has high sensitivity and excellent selectivity to H2 and CO.
