本文讨论了在考虑热效应下半导体器件中载流子运动的数学模型，这是一个由三个抛物一个椭圆耦合而成的混合初过值问题．我给出了此问题的弱解存在唯一性．从而推广了[6]
In this paper, we investigate the mixed invp of a parabolic - elliptic coupled system arising in the carrier transport in semiconductor device affected by a temperature field.The global existence and uniqaeness of the solutions to the problem are proved.
