摘要
本文从微电子机械系统、工业过程自动控制、新的功能材料及传感器集成化、小型化等方面着重阐述了国际传感器技术的发展趋势，对今后我国传感器技术的发展有指导意义。
This paper elaborates the development trends of sensing technology in the world today by analyzing such techniques or applications as micro electro mechanical systems,industrial automatic control, new functional materials, and integration and miniaturization of sensors, which will act as a valuable guide for the development of sensing technology in China.
