玻璃钢—钢丝网水泥复合层合板的非线性分析

摘要 本文把玻璃钢-钢丝网水泥复合板作为复合材料层合板,采用复合材料层合板理论和分层材料正交各向异性的非线性本构关系(ONCI)和屈服准则(ONTC),考虑了复合材料层合板的弯曲-拉伸耦合作用和层间的相互作用,建立了复合材料层合板的非线性有限元分析的力学模型.并按变劲度迭代法编制了FORTRAN程序.利用该程序对四边简支钢丝网水泥复合板和玻璃钢-钢丝网水泥复合层合板作加载全过程分析,计算结果与实验吻合良好. The GRP-FC composite plates are treated as laminated composite plates in this paper . In computational analysis , the theory of laminated composite plate , its orthotropic nonlinear constitutive law (ONCL) and yield criterion (ONYC) are adopted. Considering the bending-tension coupling effect and the interaction between leyers of the laminated composite, a mechanical model is established for nonlinear FEM analysis, and a FORTRAN program is designd based on variable stiffness iteration. By using the program, the whole loading course is analysed for FC and GRP-FC laminated composite plates simply supported on all the four edges. The computational results are in good agreement with experimental data.
