摘要
为探讨家蚕细胞质型多角体病毒 (BmCPV)结构蛋白的构造及其功能 ,采用α 3 2 P标记的鸟嘌呤三磷酸核苷酸、腺嘌呤三磷酸核苷酸、胞嘧啶三磷酸核苷酸和尿嘧啶三磷酸核苷酸与病毒粒子共浴的方法进行了研究。结果证明VP3能够与鸟嘌呤三磷酸核苷酸和尿嘧啶三磷酸核苷酸结合 ,暗示了VP3是BmCPV的三磷酸核苷酸结合蛋白 ,推测其在BmCPV核酸RNA形成mGpppAmpGp帽子结构中起作用 ,具有RNA鸟苷酰转移酶功能。
The character and function of structure proteins from Bombyx mori cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus(BmCPV) were studied by using incubation of virion with [α 32 P]GTP,[α 32 P]ATP,[α 32 P]CTP and [α 32 P]UTP.The result showed that the VP3 can bound GTP and UTP,which may suggest the VP3 was NTP binding protein of BmCPV and had RNA guanyltransferase activities that synthesized a cap structure (mGpppAmpGp) for mRNA of BmCPV.
