微型试缫机研制简报

Brief Reports on the Miniature Trial Reeling Machine

为满足鲜茧收购现场缫丝计价的要求 ,研制出微型试缫机。该机将动力传递、索绪、集接绪、停、捻鞘、络交等装置紧凑装配一体 ,可方便、快速、准确地对样茧的解舒率、茧丝长、解舒丝长、茧丝量、出丝率、缫折、茧丝纤度等茧丝性状指标进行检测。样机试用证明其性能达到四川省及国家的《桑蚕鲜茧》

The miniature trial reeling machine was made to meet the demands of price determination of fresh cocoon by reeling on the spot.The devices in charge of power delivering ,brushing,end tying,reeling stop,twisting and traversing are compactly fit together to test the characters of cocoon filament such as reelability percentage,cocoon filament length ,length of non broken cocoon filament ,weight of cocoon filament,raw silk rate,reeling discount of dried cocoon and cocoon filament size of the samples with the advantages of convenience,quickness and rightness.Trying out of the sample products revealed that the machine reached the trial reeling standard in the 《Mulberry Silkwomr Fresh Cocoon》 regulated by Sichuan Province and the State.
