摘要
为了充分利用西藏的本土资源 ,取代棉籽壳栽植人们喜食的金针菇 ,本研究采用了 3种不同碳源的培养基配方进行金针菇栽培试验 ,并与全棉籽壳碳源培养基进行了对照。结果表明 :以冷杉木屑与棉籽壳混合碳源的培养基其菇产量同对照的棉籽壳培养基无显著差异 ;而以冷杉木屑为碳源的培养基因其成本低廉 。
In order to make full use of local materials to replace crust of cotton seed for culturing Flemmulina velutipes , three kinds of media with different carbon sources were tested. There was no significant difference in yield of Flemmulina velutipes between the medium of fir sawdust mixed with crust of cotton seed and the medium of sole cotton seed crust. However, the medium of fir sawdust is more practical for its low cost.
