摘要
对自旱柳叶中分离出的 3种单体化合物进行了药理活性研究 ,测定它们对花生四烯酸代谢及其对脂肪细胞脂肪分解活性的影响 ,结果发现 :它们均可选择性抑制花生四烯酸代谢产物 12 HETE的生成量 ,预示它们可防治动脉硬化及过敏症 ;芹黄素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷水解后的苷元———芹黄素可抑制TXB2 的生成量 ,提示其对血栓的形成有防治功效。它们对正常大鼠附睾处脂肪细胞由去甲肾上腺素 (NE)诱导的脂肪分解作用的影响结果表明 :此
Effects of three compounds isolated from the leaves of Salix matsudana on arachidonic acid metabolism and norepinephrine-induced lipolysis in rat platelets were studied. The result showed that these compounds could selectively inhibit the yield of arachidonic acid metabolism's production—12-HETE (12-hydroxy-5,8,10,14-eicosatetraenoic acid), indicating that they could prevent and cure allergy and arteriosclerosis. The production of apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranside being hydrolyzed was apigenin, it could inhibit the yield of TXB 2 (thromboxane B 2).The result of effect on NE-induced lipolysis of fat cells in normal rat′s testicle showed that they can promote lipolysis.
