抗四(4-三甲胺苯)卟啉抗体的酶学性质研究

Enzymological Properties of Anti-Tetra (Tetra-Trimethylamine Benzene) Porphyrin

制备了抗四 (4 三甲胺苯 )卟啉的单克隆抗体细胞株 3B6 ,测得了抗原 -抗体解离常数 (用ELISA法测定 )为 4 6 4× 10 -5;单抗 3B6为IgG2b ;抗体酶 3B6Km=33 0 0mmol/L ,Kcat=12 2 0 0min-1。

The McAb′s cells 3B6 of anti-tetra (tetra-trimethylamine benzene) porphyrin were produced. The dissociation constant obtained through ELISA was 4 64×10 -5 . The 3B6 of McAb is IgG2b.The K m of abzyme is 33.00 mmol/L,K cat is 122.00 min -1 . The results showed that the abzyme is a new promising biological catalyst.
