李始叶螨对甲氰菊酯和速螨酮的抗性选育及交互抗性研究 被引量:7

摘要 以从零星种植的苹果树上采集的李始叶螨为敏感种群 ,在室内分别用甲氰菊酯、速螨酮对李始叶螨的敏感种群进行抗性培育。结果表明 :以抗甲氰菊酯的李始叶螨种群抗性增长最快 ,经 1 6次喷雾处理后 ,抗性指数 (RF)高达 1 5 3.6 3倍 ,其次是抗速螨酮种群 ,RF为 5 7.74倍。用 1 0种杀虫杀螨剂对 2种抗性种群的交互抗性测定结果表明 ,甲氰菊酯与三氟氯氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、氧化乐果有交互抗性 ,RF值分别为 1 2 4.1 4、79.5 5、6 .70倍 ,与齐螨素有负交互抗性 ,RF值为 0 .98倍 ;速螨酮与三氯杀螨醇 (RF=1 7.0 9)、四螨嗪 (RF=1 2 .48)、联苯菊酯 (RF= 5 .42 )有交互抗性 ,与水胺硫磷、齐螨素有负交互抗性 ,RF值分别为 0 .6 6、0 .80倍。 Resistant strains of Eotetranychus pruni Oudemans were selected and developed in the laboratory by treating the susceptible strains cottected from several apple trees in the courtyard of Gansu Newspaper Office with fenpropathrin and pyridaben. The rate of resistance development after 16 sprays was the quickest in the fenpropathrin resistant (RF)strain (153 63 fold increase),the next the pyridaben resistant (RF)strain(57 74 fold increase).Cross resistance was determined for 10 insecticides between two resistant strains.Results show that RF strain had cross resistance to cyhalothrin (RF124 14),bifenthrin (RF79 55) and omethoate(RF6 70),but no cross resistance to abamectin (RF0 98).The RF strain had no cross resistant to isocarbophos (RF0 66) and abamectin (RF0 80), but had cross resistance to dicofol(RF17 09),clofentezine (RF12 48)and bifenthrin (RF5 42).
