本文首先剖析了经典报价策略模型未能考虑现状而提出报价的缺陷,然后在充分考虑投标环境、对手与业主的现状和要求的基础上,提出了基于可靠性分析的报价策略模型,该模型亦能用于非常规报价.通过示例分析,证实模型合理,可用于实际工程.

After a primary analysis of the classical bid strategy models, it is found out that these models fail to consider realistic circumstances in bidding. A new bid strategy model BRSM (Bid Reliability Stratrgy Model) based on the analysis of reliability is proposed in the present paper. The model does not only consider the bid circumstances and competitors, but also the demands of the owner. BRSM has been availably used in unusual bidding. An Example is qiven, which shows that BRSM is rational and practical.
