摘要
对继代培养 1a~ 2 a的四合木 (Tetraena mongolica Maxim )愈伤组织进行染色体制片 ,观察计数 ,显微摄影等分析研究 ,结果发现四合木愈伤组织在继代培养过程中染色体数目变异显著 ,有亚倍体 ,多倍体和超倍体出现 ,培养 1a以上的愈伤组织中多倍体和超倍体占优势 ,亚倍体较少 ,而正常的二倍体则少见 ,同时还出现了异常的有丝分裂现象 ,根据观察结果 ,对四合木愈伤组织在继代培养过程中的染色体变异原因以及与其分化能力降低的关系进行了讨论。
The chromosomal type of callus of Tetraena mongolia Maxim being cultured continually for 1-2 years was analysised,The result is that the number of chromosomes is varied and there are hypoploid,polyploid and hyperploid.The rate of them in the callus for more one-year is that hypoploid and polyploid is the highest,Then the hyperploid and the third is diploid.The mitosis's not nominal.The reason of chromosomal variations and the relation to the ability of lowing differentiation is discussed according to the results.
