桔皮乙醇提取物的抗氧化作用研究

ANTIOXIDATION OF ALCOHOL EXTRACTS FROM ORANGE PEEL

用乙醇做溶剂 ,从桔皮中提取抗氧化物质。把不同量的乙醇提取物分别添加到植物油和猪油中 ,比较其抗氧化活性。结果表明 ,桔皮乙醇提取物有良好的抗氧化性能 ,当在植物油中添加的浓度为 0 .2 %和 1% ,在猪油中的浓度为 0 .5 %和 0 .6 %时 ,抗氧化效果最佳。

Antioxidation matter from orange peel were extracted by using alcokol as solvent.Putting alcohol extracts of different quantity into vegetable oil and lard respectively,their antioxidation activity were compared.Result showed that alcohol extracts of orange peel has better antioxidation activity were compared.Result showed that alcohol extracts of orange peel has better antioxidation activity.When its concentration Accounts for 0.2% and 1% in the vegetable oil and 0.5% and 0.6% in the lard,it has the best antioxiation activity.
