摘要
采用二次回归最优混合设计法 ,对螺旋藻培养液中 Na HCO3 、尿素和 KH2 PO4的最佳浓度及效应进行了研究 ,并建立了数学模型。从中得出三因素的最佳浓度为 :Na HCO3 1 3.79~ 1 4 .6 0 g/ L,尿素 0 .1 7~0 .1 9g/ L,KH2 PO40 .0 9~ 0 .1 1 g/ L;三因素对产量的影响程度为 :Na HCO3 >尿素 >KH2
Regression method of Optimal mixing was used to study optimal concentration and effect of NaHCO 3,Urea and KH 2PO 4 in spirulina culture medium, and the spirulina yield simulation model was established.Based on the above, optimal concentration of the three factors were obtained: NaHCO 3 13.79~14.60 g/L, Urea 0.17 ~0.19 g/L, KH 2PO 4 0.09~0.11 g/L and the level of factors affecting yield were NaHCO 3>Urea>KH 2PO 4.
