玉米10个农艺性状的通径分析 被引量:25

摘要 用不完全双列杂交法组配 90个组合 ,对玉米的穗长等 1 0个农艺性状与籽粒产量的遗传相关和通径进行研究。结果表明 ,穗长等 1 0个农艺性状与籽粒产量的遗传相关系数均为正值 ,且均达极显著差异。通径分析结果表明 ,穗长、结实性、穗粗、千粒重、穗行数和生育期与籽粒产量的直接通径系数均为正值 ,其中穗长与产量的直接通径系数最大 ( 2 3.6 2 37) ,其次是结实性 ( 2 .91 78) ,而行粒数等 4个性状的直接通径系数均为负值。选育高产玉米杂交种时 ,要高度重视选择长穗和结实性好的类型 ,其次要注重果穗粗度和千粒重的选择 。 Ninety crossed were made for incomplete diallel crosses. Heridity correlation and heridity path of ear length etc.Ten agronomic characters with grain yield of maize was studied with randomized blok design of three replications. And all this,all have signicant differences at P =0.01.The result of path analysis indicated directly path coefficient of ear length,fertile character, ear diameter, 1000 grain weight, rows per ear, growing stage and grain yield all was positive.In those, directly path coefficient of ear length with grain yield was the largest.It was 23.6237.Next, directly path coefficient of fertile character with grain yield was 2.9178.And direct path coefficient of kernel per row etc.Four characters was negative.When selecting heigh grain yield hybrid of maize, must attend very to select phentype of length ear and better fertile character.Next, must to select diameter ear and grain weight.And attend to select row per ear.
