摘要
介绍了用新洁尔灭为沉淀剂测定水溶液中部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的光度法和流动注射分析法(FIA).对石油磺酸盐、无机盐、醇类以及油等干扰因素进行了考察。
Photometry and flow injection analysis (FIA) were developed for the determination of partially hydrolyzed Polyacrylamide in oil field water (or brine) using benzalkonium bromide as precipitant. The operation conditions, such as internal diameter and length of the reaction tube, concentration of benzalkonium bromide and flow rate, were optimized. The influences of petroleum sulfonates, inorganic salts, alcohols and petroleum were studied. Some samples, containing petroleum sulfonates, NaCl, Ca^(++), Mg^(++), i-C_3H_7OH, n-C_4H_9OH, and kerosene, were determined. The minimum detection concentration was 0.5ppm for photometric method and 25 ppm for FIA. The linearity range was 0.5—40 ppm for the former and 25—200 ppm for FIA, The coefficients of variation were less than 4.5%,The recoveries were beween 98% and 105%.
