摘要
钾基钻井液是近年发展起来的一种新型水基钻井液,能有效地应用于钻探易水化膨胀的蒙脱石页岩地层和易剥落掉块的伊利石页岩地层。本文采用粘土颗粒分布分析、膨胀试验、原子吸收光谱和等温吸附等方法,对K^+的作用机理进行了较深入的实验研究。研究结果表明:①K^+能有效地抑制粘土颗粒分散;②K^+与粘土的作用方式与粘土矿物种类有关;③K^+可促进高聚物在粘土上的吸附。
Experimental studies are performed on the action mechanisms of potassium ions in drilling fluids for inhibiting hydration, swelling and dispersion of clay and clay minerals (stratum shale) by using clay particle size distribution determination, swelling and recovery, atom absorption spectrometry, isothermal adsorption and other technigaes. It is shown that (1) potassium ions inhibit the dispersion of clay particles effectively; (2) the action of potassium ions on clay minerals varies with the species of the minerals: fixation and cation exchange in the case of illite and illite/smective clay minerals, cation exchange as the basic action in the case of smective clay minerals at pH<9 and a lower temperature; (3) potassium ions promote polymers'adsorption onto clay particles.
