摘要
本文介绍了盐重结晶抑制剂NTA的合成方法、室内抑制性能对比试验结果及现场应用效果,讨论了NTA抑制盐重结晶作用的机理。
The synthesis of nitrilotriacetamide (NTA) is described briefly. The performance of NTA as NaCl crystal precipitation inhibitor in saturated and supersaturated salt water drilling fluids, both solid-containing and solid-free, is evaluated in laboratory in comparison with that of cadmium chloride and pottasium ferrocyanide and shown to be superior to the latter two for this purpose. NTA appears to be excellent as ascertained on the basis of characteristics of commercial chemicals abroad and, in particular, of Cargon's. NTA is compatible with components in drilling fluids, impose no negative influence on their characteristics, even leading to improving some of them such as filtration loss, flow patern and corrosivity. The use of NTA in drilling fluids in salty and salty-gypsous strata in many oil fields is very successful. The mechanisms of NTA in inhibiting salt crystal precipitation are discussed.
