关于确定最佳中相微乳液组成的方程系数法的深入研究 被引量:4

摘要 中相微乳液的最佳含盐量S^*与原油等烷烃值ACN、醇的类型和浓度A、表面活性剂浓度Cs和结构参数δ以及温度t的关系满足方程:lnS^*f(ANC,A,Cs,δt)。笔者通过试验,找出了表面活性剂为纯态十二烷基磺酸钠的微乳液体系的上述方程的方程系数,并与表面活性剂为新疆石油磺酸盐、玉门石油磺酸盐的方程系数进行了比较。通过对试验结果的分析、讨论,丰富和完善了确定中相微乳液的方程系数法。 The composition of the optimum middle-phase microemulsion for tertiary oil recovery can be found through determinating three-phase behavior of the systems surfactant/brine/oil/aicohol. A correlation has been presented previously to link the concentration and component variables involved. In this paper a particular system is studied, in which sodium dodecylsulfonate exists in concentration 2.0% and n-butanol as basic alcohol-in 3.5%, and the correlation is revised for this system as follows: InS~*=0. 1117(ACN)+f′(A)+ln(0. 896C_ +6. 5)-0. 2901 f′(A)=-0. 4110(A) in which S~* denotes the optimum salinity of brine phase; ACN—the alkane carbon number of oil; A—the concentration of n-hexanol, auxiliary alcohol; C_ —the concentration of sodium dodecylsulfonate.
