在敞开体系条件下,通过投加两种药剂的静态和动态挂片腐蚀试验研究了模拟油田污水中的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)对钢试片的腐蚀性。测定了挂片表面的SRB数,研究了挂片表面金相结构的变化。通过含和不含杀菌组分的两种药剂CX-C和CX-J对比试验,确定了杀菌对缓蚀的促进作用。
The corrosivity of sulfate-reducing bacteria in artificial oilfield produced water is investigated through static and dynamic (rotating) tests under open system conditions with two Water-treating agents: CX-J, a flocculant/corrosion-inhibitor, and CX-C, a flocculant/corrosion-inhibitor/bactericide. The SRB growth on the surfaces of steel specimens tested is determined qualitatively and the micrographic structures of corroded surfaces are studled. With the help of the two chemicals above mentioned, the bactericidal and corrosion-inhibiting contributions to corrosion-inhibition are separated from each other. It is shown that the bactericidal treatment promotes corrosion-inhibition and leads to 35% decrease in pitting rate, and 15%—in general corrosion rate when CX-C is added in amount of 2 mg/1.
