快速止漏剂DTR的应用性能研究

FAST-WORKING PLUGGING MATERIAL DTR IN USE FOR STOPPING CIRCULATION LOSSES OF DRILLING FLUIDS

介绍了堵剂DTR的堵漏机理和现场应用情况,考察了DTR对钻井液常规性能的影响、DTR堵漏浆液的酸溶性以及影响DTR堵漏浆液性能的因素。研究结果表明,DTR具有适应面广、见效快、成功率高等特性。

Plugging material DTR is a powdered product of grey-white to yellow color and is composed of diatomite, soft suspendable in water fibrous substances, filtration loss promotor, acid-soluble solid substances, etc. Plugging fluids with good rheologic behavior and pumpability, suspensibility, fast syneresis and ready water loss are produced when it is dispersed in water in amunt of a few tens percents, and improvements in their performance can be reached when milled walnut shell and bentonite arc introduced. They can also be weighted by BaSO_4 The acid-solubility of the cake formed by plugging fluids is fairly high. The admixture of drilling fluids in plugging fluids has no noticed effect on their performance. Field tests on plugging fluids DTR in more than ten wells are successful, The effect of composition faciors are discussed.
