CHO-1助辛烷值剂在催化裂化装置上的应用

COMMERCIAL TEST OF OCTANE ADDITIVE CHO-1

本文介绍CHO－1助辛烷值剂在120×1064t／a催化裂化装置上的使用结果。当系统藏是量中助辛烷值剂占13．4％时，加工石蜡基原料，汽油RON从88．6－89．1提高到91－91．3，MON从78．5－78．7提高到79．7－80。对于加工不同种类原油的重馏分油或掺炼大庆减压渣油，采用不同回炼比或单程裂化，以及使用CO助燃剂或金属钝化剂，CHO－1助辛烷值剂均能适应。

The commercial test of CHO-1,a promotor for enhancing the octane number of FCC gasoline,in a 120×10~4t/a FCCU is presented.With a paraffinic feedstock,the RONC of FCC gasoline is enhanced from 88.6～89.1 to 91.0～91.3,and the MONC from 78.5～78.7 to 79.7～80.0,CHO-1 is also adaptive to various FCC situations,such as processing VGO from various crudes,blending residue of Daqing crude into FCC feed,varying recycle ratio or adopting on-ce-through operation,using CO combustion promotor or metal passivator,etc.
