摘要
新开发的PV型旋风分离器的独特之处是结构简单,尺寸分类进行不同的优化组合,在给定的压降下获得最高效率.从φ400mm实验室模型试验发展到φ1200mm大型工业尺寸的冷态试验,均已证实PV型分离器的效率与压降都和国外最新高效旋风分离器一样,操作弹性与稳定性则还略好些.在炼油厂流化催化裂化装置的再生器内,用PV型分离器更换旧的杜康型分离器,催化剂单耗可从原来的1.2kg/t油降到0.3~0.4kg/t油,效果显著,应用成功,可以推广.
The originality of the newly developed cyclone separator,model PV,is optimum combination of its dimensions in various kinds with simple configuration to achieve the highest efficiency under the defined pressure drop.φ400mm pilot model tests and φ1200mm scale-up tests have confirmed that the PV separator has identical efficiency and pressure drop as well as better operational.flexibility and stability in comparison with the latest high efficiency foreign cyclone separators.The catalyst loss of the FCCU is decreased from the original 1.2kg/t(feed)to 0.3~0.4kg/t(feed)by using PV separators in the place of Ducon separators.They can be extensively used in refineries with obvious benefit.
