催化裂化反应器和再生器隔热-耐磨衬里的研制及应用

摘要 本文论述隔热衬里BPDI-G和耐磨衬里BPDI-D的试验结果和性能.BPDI-G在耐压强度和隔热性能方面均优于美国Resco公司的隔热衬里RS-9;BPDI-D耐压强度高于Resco公司的耐磨衬里"RS-17E",特别是BPDI-D具有极小的重烧收缩率.研制出的材料可适用于重油催化裂化装置的反应器、再生器衬里. This article presents some testing results and performance of insulating refractory BPDI-G and wear-resistant refractory BPDI-D.BPDI-G outperforms the insulating refrac tory RS-9 produced by Resco Co.of American in compressive strength and insulating property.BPDI-D outperforms the wearresistant refractory RS-17E Resco Co.in compressive strength.The percent contraction of BPDI-D after successive heating is particularly small.These two new refratories can be suitably used as the lining material for the reactor and regenerator of heavy oil FCC units.
