摘要
我们测定了内径为φ36mm,有效高度h=2370mm的垂直立管中轴向压力分布.实验结果表明,鼓泡密相流化流动的摩擦压力降可忽略不计,稀相流化流动的摩擦压力降较大.基于实验结果把颗粒的绝对速度与摩擦压力降因子进行了关联.考虑到立管中固体颗粒与壁面之间的摩擦及空隙度的影响,建立了包含此两因素的修正气固相对速度方程.
Pressure profiles for gas-solids suspended flow in a vertical standpipe(I.D.36mm,effective height 2.37m)were investigated.The results showed that the frictional pressure losses for dense phase flow is negligible and the frictional pressure losses for dilute phase flow can be described by the correlational equation of solid-wall friction factor presented in this paper.A modified relative velocity equation was derived by taking both the frictional losses and the voidage into consideration.
