摘要
内蒙古阿尔善油田地处高寒地区,寒冷的气候、恶劣的自然条件给油田的开发建设造成了很大困难。经6个方案对比,阿尔善油田采用了水力活塞泵采油集输工艺流程,在技术上突破了以往的常规并做了不少改进。经实践证明,该流程先进可靠,能适应高寒地区油田全天候的生产需要。本文给出了油田设计的基础数据,介绍了水力活塞泵采油集输工艺的流程,最后详细介绍了该流程的技术特点。
Aershan Oilfield,Inner Mongolia lies in a very cold area.The severe natural condition brings about many difficulties in the davelopment and construction of the oilfield.This article shows the basic data of the oilfield design,the process flow of the hydraulic pump gathering and transferring technology.Through practice it has been proved that the process flow is advanced and reliable.It can meet the production necessity of the oilfield in the severe cold area.
