膀胱癌HPV和CMV协同致癌及与p53点突变的相关性研究

THE DETECTION OF HPV AND CMV INFECTIONS IN BLADDER CANCER AND THE STUDY OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH p53 GENE MUTATION

目的 探讨膀胱癌中HPV、CMV感染和p53突变的情况及可能的相关性。方法 用PCR并结合PCR—SSCP方法对 75例膀胱癌组织中HPV、CMV感染及p53突变情况进行检测。结果 HPV感染的阳性率为 52 % ( 39 75)。CMV感染阳性率为 4 4 % ( 33 75)。p53突变率为 4 5 3% ( 34 75)。结论 HPV感染与p53基因突变有关 。
