Determination of Residues of Organic Chloride Pesticide in Chinese Medicinal Materials with Capillary Gas Chromatography

采用高效能的毛细管气相色谱柱(CGC)和高灵敏度的电子捕获检测器(ECD)成功地分离和检测了常见的有机氯农药六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)和五氯硝基苯(PCNB),提供了一种分析中药材中有机氯农药残留量的方法,并对农药在药材各部位的富集情况作了初步探讨。

Residues of organic chloride pesticide were separated and detected successfully with high performance capillary column and high sensitive electron capture detector,such as hexachloro-cyclohexane,dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethane,pentachloronitrobenzene.The method can be used for the determination of residues of organic chloride pesticide in Chinese medicinal materials, and the residue enriching in the different part of plant boby was tested preliminary.
