摘要
细胞周期失调是肿瘤形成的重要原因。致瘤病毒可通过诱导细胞周期的一些调控因子发生改变而引发肿瘤。细胞周期素E是调节细胞G1 S期转变的关键因子 ,因此致瘤病毒对其基因表达及其活性的影响是引起细胞周期失调进而形成肿瘤的重要途径之一。
