适形放射治疗的生物学意义 被引量:7

摘要 适形放射治疗是一种提高治疗增益的较为有效的方法 ,它可能提供完整的有关射线在靶体积内的分布信息 ,使肿瘤的增量照射得以完全实施 ,可以明显提高肿瘤局部控制率 ,减少周围正常组织的损伤 ,提高生存率。本文从生物学角度对适形放射治疗在恶性肿瘤治疗方面的临床应用进展作一综述。
