CD 44V3在甲状腺癌中的表达及临床意义研究

Clinical Significance of Expression of CD 44 V3 in Human Thyroid Carcinoma

目的 探讨转移相关基因 CD 44V3在甲状腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 用免疫组织化学 S- P法 ,检测 40例甲状腺癌、2 0例甲状腺腺瘤和 1 0例正常甲状腺组织中 CD44V3基因蛋白的表达情况 ,并分析其与相关临床病理因素的关系。结果 CD44V3表达阳性率在甲状腺癌组显著高于腺瘤组和正常甲状腺组。有转移者 CD44V3阳性率高于无转移者 ,转移灶阳性率高于原发灶。CD44V3阳性表达与肿瘤大小、病理组织类型无关。结论 CD44V3与肿瘤浸润和转移相关 ,可作为预测肿瘤转移潜能的指标。

Objective To study the clinical significance of expression of CD 44 V3 in thyroid carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical SP technic was used to determined the expression of CD 44 V3 in 40 cases thyroid carcinoma,20 cases benign thyroid tumors and 10 cases normal control.Results The positive rate of CD 44 V3 in thyroid carcinoma were significanly higher than those in benign thyroid tumors and normal control group.The positive rate of CD 44 V3 in metastatic lesion was significantly higher than that in primary lesion,and the primary lesion with metastasis was markedly higher than that without metastasis.There was no association between CD 44 V3 expression and tumor size as well as morphologic pattern.Conclusion The expression of CD 44 V3 is correlated with the invasion and metastasis of tumor.These date suggest that positive expression of CD 44 V3 is signification in predicting the potential cancer cell metastasis.
