辨证治疗胃粘膜脱垂症64例

Treatment of Prolapse of Gastric Mucosa with Syndrome Differentiation,a Report of 64 Cases

采用辨证分型治疗胃粘膜脱垂症 6 4例 ,与单用培土散治疗 32例作对照。结果 :治疗组痊愈 44例 ,显效 12例 ,有效8例 ,无效 0例 ,全部有效 ;对照组痊愈 12例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 7例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率为 84.4%。两组总有效率比较 ,差异显著 (采用等级比较法 ,T=2 .97,P<0 .0 1)

cases of patients with prolapse of gastric mucosa were treated with syndrome differentiation.The control group of 32 cases was treated with Peitu Powder(培土散).Result:In the treatment group 44 cases were cured,12 were remakably effective,8 effective,0 ineffective;while in the control group,it respectivly was 12,8,7,5,the total effective rate was 84.4%.The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was significant(T=2.97,P<0.01)
