中药复方元气精华调节乳酸代谢的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Lactic Acid Metabolism Regulated by Primordial qi Quintessence of Compoud Prescripiti on Chinese Drugs

能量代谢是机体正常运行的基础 ,在激烈的运动中无氧酵解生成乳酸是主要的供能方式之一 ,因此 ,运动医学工作者经常以乳酸代谢能力评价运动员的运动能力和疲劳程度。另外 ,糖元是机体活动的能量物质 ,是ATP的重要来源之一 ,所以也反映了机体的运动能力。本研究采用慢性疲劳动物模型 ,通过对乳酸廓清率、乳酸脱氢酶及肝糖元测定 ,探讨疲劳时乳酸代谢能力及糖元储备的改变及中药元气精华抗疲劳的作用。研究结果表明 ,中药治疗组的乳酸廓清率和乳酸脱氢酶含量均比模型对照组高 ,说明中药元气精华可能在一定程度上增强LDH活性 ,提高无氧代谢能力 ,减少机体血乳酸的堆积 ,加快乳酸的清除速率 ,从而使机体耐乳酸能力和有氧代谢能力提高。同时 ,中药治疗组的肝糖元含量明显高于模型对照组和人参皂甙组 ,说明中药元气精华能够提高糖元储存 。

Energy metabolism is the base of normal run of the organism.Lactic acid produced by anaerobic glycolysis is one of the main ways to supply energy in intense movement. Therefore ,sports medicine workers usually appraise athlete's motor ability and fatigue degree using the capacity of lactic acid metabolism. In addition, glycogen is the energy matter of organism activity.It's one of the important source to form ATP. As a result, It also responds motor ability of organism. This research adopted animal model of chronic fatigue to approach the capacity of lactic acid metabolism、the researve of hlycohen and anti-fatigue effect of the Brimordial-uintessence through determining the clearance of latic acid、the lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and the hepatic glycogen.The Chinese drug treatment group is higher than model control ontrol group in the clearance of lactic acid and the LDH. It is directed that the Primordial- Qi- Quintessence may enhance the activity of LDH, enhance the capacity of anaerobic metabolism, decrease the accumulation of blood lactic acid in organism,accelerate the clearance of lactic acid ,so that organism enhance the capacity of tolerating lactic acid and the capacity of oxygenic metabolism.At the same time, the hepatic glycogen of chinese drug group is obviously higher than model control group and ginseng saponin groap.It directes that the Primordia-Qi-Quintessence can enhance the reserve of glycogen, enhance motor ability of organism.
