摘要 目的 :在光学显微镜和电子显微镜下观察 CD3AK诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的形态学变化。方法 :将 CD3AK细胞与人卵巢癌细胞株 A2 780 共育 2 4h,然后分别涂片和制成超薄切片观察肿瘤细胞形态学变化特点。结果 :在光镜下 ,可见 CD3AK细胞聚积于靶细胞周围 ,并粘附于靶细胞膜上 ,可见肿瘤细胞核固缩 ,细胞体积变小 ,细胞质均质红染 ;电镜下 ,可见凋亡的肿瘤细胞表面微绒毛消失 ,染色质沿皱缩的核膜下聚积成新月状 ,细胞质起泡等典型的形态学改变。结论 :CD3AK细胞可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。 Objectives:To observe the morphological changes of tumor cells apoptosis under optical microscope and transmission electronic microscope Methods:Smear and ultrathin slice were separately performed after CD\-3AK cells being cocultured together with A\-\{2780\} tumor cell line for 24 hours Results:Under optical microscope,CD\-3AK cells accumulated around target cells,and adhere on tumor cell membrane Karyopyknosis and cell shrinkage could be observed,cytoplasm were stained with homogeneous eosin;Under transmission electronic microscope,there were typical apoptotic features,such as:microvillus on the surface of tumor cell disappeared,chromatin accumulated under karyotheca and took the shape of demilune,apoptotic bodies formed,and cytoplasm vacuolated,etc Conclusion:CD\-3AK cells can induce tumor cell apoptosis \ \
